The swimming pool is 10’x24’ with depth appropriate for diving. The size was chosen to minimize evaporation and maintenance in the warm climate. There is a ledge for lounging in the water at the deep end. The pool is located at the edge of the property, allowing for expansive views east and west over Soper's Hole. Fiber optic lighting set in the coping slowly transitions through a spectrum of colors. An adjacent wet bar with Subzero refrigerator and storage closet, provides a shady respite.
There is a complete stereo system with CD and cassette that plays throughout the main living area, dining verandah, pool bar, and sun deck.
